The Discovery Workshop

Two days for clarity. You come with question marks, you leave with a plan.

Who Is the Workshop For?

The Discovery Workshop is the right first step when you:

  • Have a concrete problem but don't know what the solution should look like
  • Want to know what custom software would cost for your project
  • Need a solid decision basis - for yourself, your board, or your management
  • Don't want months of analysis before something happens

How the Workshop Works

We meet for 2 days - at your place, at ours in Munich, or remotely. You bring the people who know the problem. We bring the technical expertise.

Day 1: Understand

We listen. You tell us about your business, your processes, your bottlenecks. We ask many questions - not to build complexity, but to uncover what matters.

What exists already? What works? What doesn't? Where's the biggest leverage?

Day 2: Solve

Together, we think the solution through. What should the software look like? What must it do - and what intentionally not? Which existing systems stay, which get replaced, which get connected?

By the end of the day, we have all the building blocks: architecture, top use cases, priorities, effort drivers. We polish the solution sketch and the honest cost range carefully in the days that follow.

The Result

After the workshop, you receive a documented solution sketch within one week - not a vague proposal, but a real decision basis. Presented clearly, even for non-technical stakeholders.

The solution sketch includes:

  • Problem Analysis: What we understood - your situation, bottlenecks, goals
  • Inventory: What exists already, what can stay, what should be replaced
  • Solution Architecture: How the software should be structured - clearly visualized, not just for techies
  • Top Use Cases: What the software needs to do - prioritized by impact and effort
  • Cost Range: An honest corridor for time and investment - no fixed-price promises that wobble later
  • Recommendation: Our honest advice on how to best move forward - and what the next step would look like

The solution sketch belongs to you.

No matter what happens next. You can use it internally, hand it to another service provider, or come back to us later.

We don't lock you in. We convince you.

What Came Out of a Workshop

Pallit, a German manufacturer of pallet trucks and forklifts serving over 60,000 B2B customers across Europe, was wrestling with three sales problems at once.

Before
  • Finding new leads cost €20-40 and 30 minutes of manual research each.
  • Upsell opportunities at existing accounts were spotted by gut feel.
  • Sales tours were built in Excel with Google Maps and mental arithmetic.
After

After our 2-day workshop, it was clear: three problems, one solution.

An AI agent

  • researches new leads for about €1 each (instead of €20-40)
  • surfaces upsell signals from the CRM automatically
  • combines both into optimized daily tours with talking points per stop
25× cheaper per lead.

Every morning sales sees at a glance where today's biggest lever lies.

Pallit walked out with a solid solution sketch - and a clear path to a usable system in 2-3 weeks.

Frequently Asked Questions

A CEO or decision-maker (budget/priorities), plus 1-4 domain experts - the people who experience the problem daily. In smaller companies, that can be one and the same person. If available: an IT lead or technical contact.

Very little. In the preliminary call, we'll clarify which documents would be helpful - but no novels. We ask the right questions.

Then we stop. You only pay for the first day (€1,750). It has never happened, but the option is there.

Not directly after the workshop - and for good reason. A fixed price needs a complete specification, and that takes shape in the phase that follows: we represent your software as a walk-through click-dummy. Only on that basis do you get a fixed price for the build that we can actually hold. Anything earlier would be a marketing promise.
